1. Agreement to Terms

By visiting shopairsnap.com or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions in full. If you do not agree, please do not use this site.

2. About Our Products

AirSnap sells magnetic nasal dilator strips designed to support nasal airflow during sleep and daily activity. Our products are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. If you have a nasal, respiratory, or sleep-related medical condition, consult a qualified healthcare provider before use.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and located in the United States to purchase from shopairsnap.com. By completing a purchase, you confirm you meet these requirements.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in US dollars (USD). We accept major credit and debit cards and any other payment methods shown at checkout. Your total — including any applicable taxes — will be displayed before you confirm your order. We reserve the right to update pricing at any time. Price changes do not affect orders already placed.

5. Orders & Cancellations

Order confirmations are sent automatically and do not constitute final acceptance. We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion — for example, due to pricing errors, stock issues, or suspected fraud. If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled but may be returned under our return policy.

6. Subscriptions

AirSnap offers a monthly subscription for adhesive pad refills. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel.

  • You may cancel, pause, or skip a shipment anytime from your account dashboard
  • Cancellations made before your next billing date will not incur further charges
  • We will notify you at least 14 days in advance of any price change to your subscription
  • Failed payments may result in your subscription being paused until payment information is updated

7. Shipping

All US orders ship free with an estimated delivery of 1–2 weeks. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or circumstances outside our control. We currently ship within the United States only.

8. Returns & Refunds

We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied for any reason, contact us at help@shopairsnap.com within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund. See our full Return Policy at shopairsnap.com/pages/policies for complete details.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including the AirSnap name, logo, product images, copy, and design — is owned by AirSnap. You may not reproduce, copy, or distribute any of it without our written permission.

10. Prohibited Use

  • Submit false or misleading information
  • Attempt to access systems or data you are not authorized to access
  • Interfere with the security or functionality of the site

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Cook County, Illinois.
